Refund Policy for Undefeated

At Undefeated, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of authentic sneakers and apparel.By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with this Refund Policy, as well as our Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You return eligible products within 60 days of the delivery date (see Section 2 for return requirements);
  • The product is in its original, unused, and unopened condition (e.g., no signs of wear, tags and original packaging intact, authenticity labels unaltered);
  • The product is not marked as “final sale” (final sale items are explicitly designated on the product page and are non-refundable);
  • The product was damaged or defective upon receipt (see Section 5 for damaged/defective products);
  • We canceled your order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or other reasons within our control (see Section 6 for canceled orders).

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products returned after the 60-day window;
  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged by you;
  • Products without original tags, packaging, or authenticity labels;
  • Final sale items, customized products, or personalized items;
  • Gift cards (unless required by applicable law).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed return shipping instructions (including the return address).
  3. Ship the Product: Package the eligible product(s) securely, include the RA Number inside the package, and ship the item(s) back to us using the shipping method specified in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
  4. Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s) (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our facility), we will confirm whether the return meets our eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • After we approve your refund (following inspection of the returned product), we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal, debit card).
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing times (typically 3–7 business days for credit cards, and up to 10 business days for PayPal or other digital payment platforms). We do not control these processing times and cannot expedite them.

4. Refund Amounts

  • For eligible returned products, the refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the product(s) (excluding any applicable taxes, unless required by law to refund taxes).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (e.g., shipped the wrong product) or the product was damaged/defective upon receipt (see Section 5).
  • If you received a discount or promotion on your order, the refund will be issued for the amount you actually paid (not the original retail price).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged or defective (e.g., manufacturing flaws, broken parts, incorrect sizing due to our error);
  • Incorrect (e.g., wrong product, wrong color, wrong size shipped by us);

Please follow these steps for a full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable):

  2. We may request additional information or photos to verify the issue.

  4. Upon receipt and verification, we will process a full refund (including the original purchase price and shipping costs) within 5–10 business days, or offer a replacement product (if preferred).

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Orders Canceled by You: If you request to cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will process a full refund within 5–10 business days, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has been shipped, you must return the product(s) to be eligible for a refund (per Section 2).
  • Orders Canceled by Undefeated: We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, invalid payment information, or other reasons within our control. In such cases, we will automatically issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation, and notify you via email.

7. Exchanges vs. Refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please follow the refund process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product separately. This ensures you receive the new item promptly, especially for limited-stock products.

8. International Refunds

Our refund policy applies to all international orders, with the following additional notes:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on the original order. These fees are non-refundable, unless required by the laws of your country.
  • For international returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was damaged/defective/incorrect, in which case we will provide a prepaid label where possible).
  • Refunds for international orders may take slightly longer to process due to cross-border banking and shipping delays, but we will still adhere to the 5–10 business day processing window once the return is received.
