At Undefeated, we are committed to delivering your authentic sneakers and apparel in a fast, reliable, and transparent manner.By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, as well as our Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy.
1. Shipping Eligibility and Coverage
We offer shipping to all locations worldwide—there are no geographic restrictions on our delivery services. Whether you’re ordering from the United States, Europe, Asia, or any other region, we ensure your order is processed and shipped with the same level of care and efficiency.
To be eligible for shipping, your order must:
- Be successfully placed and paid for (we will send an Order Confirmation email once payment is verified);
- Include a complete and accurate shipping address (including street name, apartment/unit number, city, postal/zip code, country, and contact phone number, if applicable).
2. Shipping Costs
We provide free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no hidden fees—you will never be charged for shipping, regardless of your order value or delivery destination.
3. Order Processing and Shipment Timelines
3.1 Order Processing
After you place an order and receive an Order Confirmation email, our team will process your order to ensure product availability, verify authenticity, and prepare the item for shipment. Order processing typically takes 1 business day (excluding weekends and major public holidays, such as Christmas, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Independence Day).
3.2 Shipment Time
Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped the following day.
Example timeline:
- Order placed on Monday (before 3:00 PM EST): Processed on Monday, shipped on Tuesday.
- Order placed on Friday (after 3:00 PM EST): Processed on Monday, shipped on Tuesday.
- Order placed on a public holiday: Processed on the next business day, shipped the following day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is shipped, delivery is estimated to take 5 days or less from the date of shipment, regardless of your location (domestic or international). This estimate applies to all destinations and is based on standard shipping services provided by our trusted carrier partners (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, and regional postal services).
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Customs clearance delays (common for international orders, as local customs authorities may inspect packages);
- Carrier disruptions (e.g., weather events, labor shortages, logistical bottlenecks);
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses (which may require the carrier to redirect the package);
- Peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday seasons), when carrier volumes are higher.
We will not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by these external factors, but we will work closely with our carriers to resolve any issues and provide updates when possible.
5. Shipping Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email to the email address associated with your order. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, where you can monitor the real-time status of your delivery (e.g., when the package is in transit, out for delivery, or delivered).
If you do not receive a Shipping Confirmation email within 2 business days of your Order Confirmation, please:
- Check your spam/junk email folder (emails from Undefeated may be filtered there);
- Log into your Undefeated account (if you created one) to view order status;

6. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the address, as the package will already be in the carrier’s system.
If the address change request is approved before shipment, we will update the address and confirm the change via email.
7. Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility
Our carrier partners will confirm delivery of your order by obtaining a signature (where required by the destination country) or by noting delivery to the specified address. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you.
We are not liable for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery is confirmed;
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by you during checkout;
- Packages held by local postal services or customs offices (we recommend checking with your local post office or customs authority if your package is delayed).
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country’s government. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient—Undefeated does not collect or pay these charges on your behalf.
Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the potential fees and regulations for importing sneakers and apparel before placing your order. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund (unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, per our Refund Policy).
9. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please:
- Check your delivery location (e.g., front porch, mailbox, apartment lobby, or with a neighbor) for the package;
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number to inquire about delivery details;
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of the reported delivery date, providing your order number and tracking number. We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier (and the loss is not due to an incorrect address), we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement order, at your discretion.
